Their breakfast is average, can definitely be improved.

The staff was consistently courteous, providing a good service. Restaurant in hotel was great and the pool area was great. Could use their free parking.

Cozy beds, particularly helpful staff. Light unit with utensils and silverware. Upscale location, 15 minutes' walk to bintang supermarket. Plus the hotel was close to pubs and restaurants.

It was a MAGICAL hotel - I loved affable staff and relatively quiet location. Centrally located in the heart of the town. 0.5 km away from Ngurah Rai International airport. Astonishing view of sea. The breakfast was freshly cooked, pancakes, bangers, hot waffles, slices of fresh bread and eggs - food was outstanding. Decent service too.

Prime location; panoramic view from the room; professional staff. Rooftop bar was busy and spotlessly clean. Walking distance to the astonishing beach. We used shuttle bus too. A splendid hotel, we had a really good stay.
Wi-Fi was bad, air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Very positive stay, perfect place for a stopover. Phenomenal location, not too far from seminyak beach. Staff sweet & was quick to help. I found hot water in the reception.
Facilities were well-kept, however internet connection was weak.

We do recommend to anyone. Beach was within walking distance of the hotel, and there was an infinity swimming pool, too.
